Transaction log files have a significant role in the smooth and normal functioning of the MS Exchange Server. They keep a complete record of each and every transaction made through the EDB file. However, if there is any transaction that is not written to the Exchange database and removes from the transaction log files as well, then it can create many possible errors. All such types of errors can hinder the performance of the Microsoft Exchange Server to some extent. These errors cause a serious problem that is required to be resolved as soon as possible.
