Move to this path:
C:\ program files >> Program Files (x86) directory
Step#2: In search box type Inbox Repair Tool (Scanpst.exe).
Remember: If not found the follow that path shown below according to your Outlook version.
For Outlook 2016: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16
For Outlook 2013: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office15
For Outlook 2010: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office14
For Outlook 2007: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office12
Step#3: Finally, click and open Inbox Repair Tool or Scanpst.exe.
Step#4: Enter the name of the file that you want to scan or select the desired file.
Step#5: To start the scan option, click the Scan icon.
Step#6: If scanning found the error then start the Outlook Inbox repair tool.
Step#7: After the repair of the corrupted file, run the MS Outlook on your system and then configure the account which includes the Outlook data file that you just repaired.
Recreate OST Offline File in Outlook
Exchange server account holds the entire collection of information on a Mail Server. The user can choose Offline Mode, copy all data in an Offline Outlook data file while the account setup. Step#1: Close the Microsoft Outlook that you were running on your PC
Step#2: Now click an open Control Panel >> type Mail inside the Search Control Panel box >> hit on the Mail option
Step#3: From the Mail Setup, choose the E-mail Accounts option
Note: A specific profile will be held by the Mail Setup dialogue box. To select multi profiles and existing profiles choose Show Profiles, select the name of the desired profile then click on the properties button.
Step#4: Then, choose Data files tab, click on exchange account then select the File Location.
Note: File Explorer Window gets open to the desired path of the data file. A two dialogue box will appear in behind Explorer window that is the Account Settings and Mail Setup.
Step#5: Now, shut-down the Mail Setup and the Account Settings and move back to the Explorer window.
Step#6: In the File Explorer Wizard, right-click on the Exchange data file, and then enter Delete button.
Note: Later on you have to Run Outlook email client application and an OST file will be created for an account.
