First convert DBX files to PST :

  1. Install and run DBX to PST converter 
  2. Click on Add files option >> add Path of the DBX files >> hit on Next option
  3. Now, click on Export >> select on PST Export as Microsoft Outlook (.pst) file and  click Browse after that Press on Export.
  4. Your DBX to PST files exportation is done.

Now, to add PST files in Outlook, follow the given steps:

  • Run Outlook app 
  • Hit on Files option
  • Click on Open & Export and then, hit on Import/Export option
  • Select Import from another program or file
  • Now, hit on Outlook data file (.pst) >> then, Browse 
  • Select destination folder >> click on Finish

This Import/Export option is only available in Outlook 2007/10/13/16 versions. So, if you want to import DBX files into Outlook 2019 or 365 then, use the given below steps once you have converted your Outlook Express DBX data items into PST format:

  • Install and run Office 365 Import software
  • Add email ID credentials (admin account)
  • Hit on Add files(s)/folder button and add .pst & .csv files >> Next
  • Add category and date filter
  • Click the Incremental import option as it starts the import process from where it was halted >> now, hit on the Import button.

Afterwards, the import of DBX files into Outlook 365 is done.

There is no manual and one way step available for this importing process.
